This document sets forth the Rich Media Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) Online Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") for this Web site, www.platepal.com (the "Site"). If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use this Site. This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities or other Rich Media Technologies, Inc. web sites.
All "personal information" ("personal information” is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. The Company reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site.

As a visitor to this Site, the Company may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. PlatePal is a registered trademarks of Rich Media Technologies, Inc. in the United States and other countries. PlatePal trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not PlatePal, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits PlatePal.

 Rich Media Technologies, Inc. may have patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights covering subject matter in this hardware and software applications. Except as expressly provided in any written license agreement from Rich Media Technologies, Inc., the furnishing of this hardware and software applications does not give the user any license to these patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
